Refund & Rescheduling Policy




1. Refund

We do not provide any refunds.


2. Cancellation

We allow cancellations any time before your session's date. Your retainer fee will not be refunded.


3. Rescheduling

Reschedules are allowed if notified at least 14 days before your session's date. We implement a variety of measures to ensure we can accommodate reschedules. In the event we cannot accommodate Client’s change despite using commercially reasonable efforts, the parties agree that such Rescheduling will be deemed as Cancellation. We will be under no obligation to perform the Services other than on the original date.


Retainer and Invoice Policy




1. Retainer

We require a 50% retainer fee that's due at the time of booking for committing our time to provide the Services and turning down other potential projects or clients. Retainer will be credited towards the total price for the services.


2. Invoice

Final invoice will be sent via email once the Final Proofs are shown to Client and will have a Due Date.


3. Fees

Any payment after the Due Date will incur a late fee of 10% per month on the outstanding balance.
